definitely it should be PhD in HR. it is a field where you have to be passionate only than i'll suggest you to do that course. it takes time to complete the course also, so think wisely before taking any decision.

MBA in HR is also good for Career, but if you will opt of either M.phil or Ph.D that will also be a good career seeltion which totally depends upon your choice.
